Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you follow the rules clearly.
- "1 Winning" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the 1 Winning online betting and casino service operated at https://1winning.app.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with 1 Winning or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
- "Account" — the individual player account created upon completing 1 Winning's registration process.
- "Balance" — the total PKR amount held in your 1 Winning account at any given time, which may include real money funds and bonus funds separately.
- "Real Money Funds" — deposits made by the player using their own PKR that have cleared into their 1 Winning account balance.
- "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by 1 Winning subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn from the 1 Winning account.
- "Eligible Games" — games at 1 Winning that contribute toward clearing a wagering requirement on a bonus offer, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, which may require identity documentation to be submitted to 1 Winning for account verification purposes.
- "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on the 1 Winning platform.
Section 2
Account Registration
To use the 1 Winning platform's real-money features, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all 1 Winning registrations.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 1 Winning reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
- Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1 Winning. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all related accounts.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid email address and active Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- 1 Winning accounts are for personal use only. You may not register or use an account on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
- Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register with 1 Winning. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing 1 Winning is lawful in their location.
- 1 Winning may, at its discretion, decline to register any applicant or close any account without providing a reason, provided any real money balance is returned to the player's verified payment method.
Registration with 1 Winning is free. There is no fee to open or maintain an account. The minimum first deposit amount is Rs 200.
Section 3
Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your 1 Winning login credentials — including your username, password and OTP codes — private and secure. The following obligations apply.
- Do not share your 1 Winning password with anyone, including family members. 1 Winning support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 1 Winning account that you do not use on other websites or applications.
- If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact 1 Winning support immediately via live chat or email so the account can be secured.
- All bets and transactions placed from your account while it is accessible — whether by you or by an unauthorised party — are deemed to have been placed by you unless you reported a security breach to 1 Winning before those transactions were made.
- 1 Winning uses SSL encryption across the entire platform. However, the security of your device and network connection remains your responsibility.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP is available and strongly recommended for all 1 Winning accounts. Enable it from your account security settings.
Section 4
Deposits
1 Winning accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR.
- The minimum deposit at 1 Winning is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit, but individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. If a deposit is identified as coming from a third-party source, it will be held pending verification and may be returned.
- Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 1 Winning balance within seconds in normal circumstances. Bank IBFT transfers typically clear within two to four hours on business days.
- 1 Winning does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own processing charges — these are outside 1 Winning's control.
- Deposited funds may not be used to place bets until they are fully cleared and visible in your 1 Winning balance.
- 1 Winning reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
Section 5
Withdrawals
Withdrawing your 1 Winning winnings to your registered payment method is straightforward. The rules below apply to all withdrawal requests.
- The minimum withdrawal amount at 1 Winning is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum, but limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. 1 Winning reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified PKR bank account or mobile wallet in all cases.
- Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal transfers typically complete within ten minutes of the request being approved. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed the same business day for requests submitted before 5pm PKT.
- Before processing a withdrawal, 1 Winning may require completion of KYC verification. This may involve submitting a copy of your CNIC (National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- 1 Winning does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 1 Winning's control.
- In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or terms violations, 1 Winning reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.
Section 6
Bonuses and Promotions
1 Winning offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the individual offer page.

- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts is a breach of 1 Winning's Terms.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless 1 Winning's specific offer page states otherwise.
- 1 Winning reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active offer will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
- Bets placed at very low risk (for example, laying both sides of a market to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome) will not count toward wagering requirements on any 1 Winning bonus.
- Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your 1 Winning balance. Real money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering.
Section 7
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports and events betting activity conducted through 1 Winning.
- The minimum single bet at 1 Winning is Rs 50. The maximum bet is subject to the market-specific limit displayed on each selection before confirmation.
- All bets are final once confirmed by the 1 Winning system. A confirmed bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and active on that specific market.
- If an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or abandoned before the result is determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's 1 Winning balance.
- 1 Winning's live in-play odds reflect real-time match conditions. Occasionally, due to data feed latency, a bet may be accepted at odds that subsequently differ from the displayed price. 1 Winning reserves the right to void bets placed during a verified data feed disruption.
- For cricket, the result of a match is taken as the official result declared by the relevant cricket board at the close of play. In the case of a DLS-affected match, the DLS result is the official result for 1 Winning settlement purposes.
- Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to succeed. If one selection is void, the odds for the accumulator are recalculated to exclude the void selection.
Odds on 1 Winning can change up to the moment your bet is confirmed. Always check the final odds on the confirmation screen before submitting. If the odds have moved, you will see an updated confirmation prompt.
Section 8
Casino and Card Games
The following terms apply specifically to casino games, live dealer tables, card games, fishing games and all other casino-category products available at 1 Winning.
- All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at 1 Winning use independently certified algorithms. Published RTP figures for each game are based on theoretical long-run return and individual session outcomes may differ significantly.
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels or dice handled by the dealer in real time. In the event of a dispute about a live dealer result, the video recording of the session is the authoritative record.
- If a technical fault interrupts a casino game session mid-round, 1 Winning will attempt to resume the session where it left off. If this is not possible, the round is voided and the bet amount is returned to the player's balance.
- Maximum win limits may apply on individual casino game titles. These limits are stated in the game's paytable and/or information panel before play begins.
- Playing casino games while holding an active bonus means your bonus wagering contribution rates apply as specified in the bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally — for example, Roulette may contribute at a lower rate than slots on the same offer.
Section 9
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
1 Winning is committed to providing a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer card game formats or live sports betting markets, is prohibited.
- Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets or play games on 1 Winning is prohibited. All activity must be carried out by the registered account holder manually.
- Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false information, or systematically exploiting bonus terms to extract value without genuine recreational play constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account closure.
- Matched betting to circumvent bonus terms: Placing opposing bets across accounts or platforms specifically to ensure a no-risk outcome while clearing bonus wagering is prohibited.
- Exploitation of errors: If a technical error results in odds, payouts or game mechanics that are clearly outside normal parameters, you are required to stop play and notify 1 Winning support. Winnings from knowingly exploited errors will be voided.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a legitimate deposit made to 1 Winning is a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is made, the equivalent amount will be deducted from your balance and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
Section 10
Responsible Gaming
1 Winning takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform is designed to be entertaining, and we actively encourage players to keep their gaming within safe, enjoyable boundaries.
- Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your 1 Winning account through the account settings menu. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately. Increases to limits take 48 hours to come into effect.
- Session time reminders: 1 Winning can display a pop-up reminder after a set period of play. Enable this from your account settings at any time.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of one month, three months, six months, one year or permanently through 1 Winning support. During self-exclusion, your account is closed and you will not receive any promotional communications.
- Reality check: 1 Winning shows your total wagered amount and session time within your account dashboard at all times.

Section 11
Account Closure and Termination
Either you or 1 Winning may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions below.
- You may request account closure at any time by contacting 1 Winning support via live chat or email. Any cleared real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within three to five business days of the closure request.
- Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited. Cleared winnings from completed wagering are paid out.
- 1 Winning may close or suspend your account without prior notice if: (a) you breach any of these Terms; (b) 1 Winning suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; (c) you fail a KYC or age verification check; or (d) your account has been inactive for more than 12 months with a zero balance.
- If your account is closed by 1 Winning due to a breach, any bonus funds will be voided. Real money deposits not yet wagered will be returned unless they are connected to a fraud or chargeback investigation.
- Following account closure, your personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Section 12
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1 Winning platform — including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds and any other material — is the property of 1 Winning or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
- You may view and use 1 Winning's content solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player.
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, scraping or commercially exploiting any part of the 1 Winning platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- The 1 Winning name, logo and any associated brand marks may not be used by any person or entity without 1 Winning's prior written authorisation.
Section 13
Privacy
1 Winning collects, stores and processes personal data about its players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering with 1 Winning, you consent to this processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
- 1 Winning may share data with third-party service providers who assist with payment processing, KYC verification and platform security — all subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
- You may request a copy of the data 1 Winning holds about you at any time by contacting support.
Section 14
Limitation of Liability
1 Winning provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous service, the following limitations apply.
- 1 Winning is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data feed errors, network connectivity failures outside 1 Winning's infrastructure, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
- Gambling involves risk and players may lose money. 1 Winning is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from wagering activity on the platform, provided the platform operated correctly and fairly.
- 1 Winning's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from platform use, whether contractual or otherwise, is capped at the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Section 15
Amendments to These Terms
1 Winning reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made.
- Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered 1 Winning players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before they take effect.
- The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.
- Continued use of 1 Winning after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
- Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any rule — may be made without individual player notification.
